Browsing groups

Accessing latest documents

When a user clicks on Groups in the main menu, they are directed to the Group Welcome Screen. This screen features:

• A navigation widget on the left side, displaying available groups.
• A list of the latest documents released within all the groups. The title of each document is clickable and directs users to the detailed document screen within the relevant group. By clicking the two blue icons on the right side, users can either preview the attached file in a new tab or download it directly to their computer with a single click. Please note that if a document contains multiple attachments, the download will be a ZIP archive bundling all attachments together.

Access to groups and documents depends on the user’s permissions:

• Full access users can view information and documents from all groups.
• Restricted access users can only see information and documents related to the groups they are members of.

Browsing a Particular Group

Users can explore groups by clicking on the left navigation widget or using the Group quick links on their dashboard.

Each group consists of three sections, accessible through the three tabs at the top of the content area:

Documents: Displays a chronological list of all documents released for that group. Clicking on a document title directs users to the detailed document screen, where additional information may be available. By clicking the two blue icons on the right side of each document, users can either preview the attachment in a new browser tab or download it directly to their computer with a single click.

Members: Shows a list of all group members along with their respective roles within the group. This feature is particularly useful for contacting specific members when needed.

Agenda: Displays upcoming meetings for the group along with an archive of past meetings. All important documents related to a meeting can be accessed from this section as well.
